Recently, two large-scale modern industrial plant projects, for which Canglong Group provided a complete one-stop solution, have been successfully completed. I. Project Overview
This project aims to create a high-density, multi-production-line composite industrial space for the client.
Dual Plant Layout: The project includes two standardized, independently operating modern single-story plant buildings.
Four-Span Internal Design: To ensure efficient space utilization within the extremely large building span, the technical team adopted an advanced four-span portal frame structure. This design not only significantly reduces the interference of large internal columns on production lines but also allows the client to seamlessly partition different workshops, logistics channels, and storage areas, greatly improving the efficiency of multiple production lines operating in parallel.

II. Core Structure
To address the stringent requirements of large factory buildings for load-bearing capacity and wind resistance, Canglong Group adhered to high industrial standards in material selection and processing:
Portal Frame System: The main frame structure beams and columns uniformly utilize Q355B low-alloy high-strength H-beams. The excellent tensile strength and weldability of Q355B steel ensure the structural rigidity of the entire building under long-term full-load operation.
Fully Bolted Secure Connection: All H-beam components undergo high-precision punching and cutting in Canglong's digital factory, enabling rapid, weld-free assembly on-site using high-strength bolts, balancing construction speed with seismic performance at joints.
III. Enclosure and Solar Energy System
In terms of the enclosure system and architectural details, the project achieved a perfect balance between practicality and cost-effectiveness:
EPS Sandwich Panel Enclosure: The factory's wall panels and roof panels all utilize high-quality EPS (polystyrene) sandwich panels. As a cost-effective enclosure solution, EPS panels are not only lightweight, effectively reducing the overall load on the steel structure, but also possess excellent thermal insulation and waterproofing properties, significantly lowering the initial construction costs of the project.
Multi-window transparent design: Numerous industrial windows were incorporated into the factory's perimeter and walls. This multi-window design greatly enhances natural lighting and air circulation within the workshop, providing workers with a bright and comfortable working environment and significantly reducing daytime lighting energy consumption.
IV. Canglong's One-Stop Solution

Substructure System: Precisely matched purlins, tie rods, and other components were delivered simultaneously, constructing a perfect substructure grid and laying a solid foundation for the flatness of the exterior walls and roof.
