How to build a large warehouse with office in Tanzania?
Canglong Group successfully built a modern, comprehensive warehouse for a client in Tanzania, providing a one-stop steel structure solution from design and fabrication to installation guidance. The project comprises two functional areas: a spacious 1,200-square-meter (60m x 20m) main warehouse and a 200-square-meter (10m x 20m) double-story office. The strategic layout fully meets the client's dual production and office needs.
The main structure utilizes an efficient steel structure system, with sturdy H-beams and columns constructed using bolted connections to ensure overall structural stability and construction efficiency. The warehouse features a long-span, column-free frame design, significantly improving internal space utilization and providing perfect operating conditions for the internally installed overhead crane.
For the enclosure system, Canglong carefully selected materials based on functional zoning:
Warehouse: The roof utilizes economical and durable color-coated steel sheets, while the walls utilize highly insulating EPS sandwich panels, effectively ensuring a practical storage environment.
Auxiliary Structure: The purlin system utilizes corrosion-resistant galvanized C-shaped steel throughout, enhancing the building's durability.
This steel warehouse, combining robust functionality with exceptional cost-effectiveness, not only demonstrates Canglong Group's expertise in steel structure construction but also sets a new benchmark for its continued development in the African market.
