Structural Features: The core uses high-density, longitudinally arranged high-quality hydrophobic rock wool, and the edges are usually sealed with polyurethane (PU) to block moisture.

Melting point exceeds 1000℃, combined with excellent sound insulation and noise reduction performance (Rw≥30dB). Structural Features: The core uses modified polystyrene foam (EPS) injected with flame retardants, a classic lightweight and cost-effective building material.
Core Advantages: Ultimate cost-effectiveness and the king of lightweight construction. Extremely lightweight, only 1/20th the weight of traditional concrete walls, significantly reducing the load and initial investment costs of the main steel structure. On-site dry assembly in a modular fashion can directly halve local labor costs.
Fireproof Applications: Fireproof Applications: After modification, it achieves a flame-retardant rating of B1/B2 (self-extinguishing, does not spread fire). Widely used in cost-sensitive light industrial processing workshops, agricultural hydroponic rooms/greenhouses, overseas mining camp mobile homes, and basic cleanroom partitions within factory buildings.

Structural Features: The core is made of rigid polyurethane (PU) or modified polyisocyanurate (PIR) through high-pressure continuous foaming, with a closed-cell rate ≥95%.
Core Advantages: Undisputed king of thermal insulation efficiency. It boasts an extremely low thermal conductivity (≤0.022W/(m⋅K)) among engineering building materials, seamless tongue-and-groove joints, 100% eliminating cold bridges and condensation on interior walls, directly reducing cooling/heating electricity costs for owners by over 35%.
Fireproof Applications: The upgraded PIR rapidly forms a graphitized carbonized layer on its surface when exposed to fire, preventing flame spread and achieving a B1 flame-retardant rating. Structural Features: Uses a modified magnesium oxide board (or magnesium oxide mesh) with a ternary system of magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride, and water as the core support.
Core Advantages: Extremely high rigidity and flatness matrix. Extremely high surface hardness, strong impact resistance, and naturally waterproof, moisture-proof, and mildew-proof.
Fireproof Applications: Class A non-combustible material. Due to its surface's resistance to particle adsorption and frequent chemical disinfectant cleaning, it is the first choice for indoor ceilings and partitions in semiconductor chip cleanrooms, biomedical sterile isolation areas, and operating rooms with extremely high requirements for fire resistance and cleanliness.

Structural Features: Made with polystyrene resin as the matrix, coated with inorganic fire-retardant mineral materials through a special process and then molded and cured, presenting a honeycomb structure.
Core Advantages: A cutting-edge technology perfectly balancing the fire resistance of rock wool and the lightweight properties of EPS. It overcomes the drawbacks of traditional rock wool, such as easy water absorption and collapse, and skin irritation, while eliminating the fire resistance issues of ordinary foam boards.
