Terrain-Specific Single-Slope Space Planning

Cyprus has a typical Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers and mild, rainy winters. To maximize material storage capacity within a limited land area, the Canglong technical team conducted precise, customized mechanical modeling.

Project Specifications: The warehouse's precise dimensions are 14.5 meters long and 5.8 meters wide.

Single-Slope Design: The roof adopts a single-slope structure, with a height of 3.5 meters on one side and 2.7 meters on the other. The single-slope roof with its specific angle not only endows the building with a minimalist aesthetic of modern industrial design but also creates a perfect natural gravity drainage system, easily handling the sudden downpours of Mediterranean winters and ensuring zero water accumulation and zero leakage.

Q355B Grade Corrosion-Resistant and Wind-Resistant Frame

Despite the project's compact size, Canglong made no compromises on load-bearing capacity and corrosion resistance, ensuring the building can easily withstand the strong sea winds of the Mediterranean.

Rigid Portal Frame: The main load-bearing beams and columns are uniformly secured with high-tensile, high-bending-strength Q355B grade premium H-beams, with no redundant internal columns, releasing 100% of the net clearance storage volume.

Upgraded Secondary Structure Corrosion Protection: Fully equipped with high-corrosion-resistant galvanized C-shaped steel purlins. The thick galvanized layer forms a robust physical and electrochemical dual immune barrier, resistant to the chronic corrosion of the high salt spray and high humidity of the island.

The core consideration for this project was ensuring that materials inside the warehouse were protected from the near 40°C temperatures of a Mediterranean summer, even without air conditioning or with low energy consumption.

Ultimate Thermal Barrier: The warehouse's walls and roof are entirely equipped with high-quality polyurethane sandwich panels.

35% Energy Saving: Rigid polyurethane foam boasts an extremely high closed-cell rate of ≥95%, combined with a seamless tongue-and-groove joint design, effectively creating a fully enclosed "insulating coat" for the warehouse. It completely blocks the penetration of external heat waves into the interior, eliminates cold bridging and condensation, and provides comprehensive protection for stored goods.

To help clients avoid the extremely high construction labor costs and lengthy hot work permit processes in Europe, Canglong Group offers a one-stop, full-package delivery model.

Zero welding and zero cutting on-site: Before leaving the factory, all H-beams and columns underwent precision welding at key nodes by automated welding robots at the digital base, followed by high-precision CNC punching. All materials (including the frame, plates, edging, high-strength bolts, etc.) were loaded into containers in a closed-loop system for shipment.

Construction time halved: Upon arrival at the Cyprus site, the local construction team, guided by Canglong's high-definition 3D BIM installation, assembled the materials like "industrial building blocks," directly performing rigid bolt fastening, reducing on-site installation time and overall labor costs by more than 50%.
