This project strictly adheres to North American building standards, aiming to create a modern storage space with high space utilization:

Building Dimensions: The project measures 100ft × 40ft, with a height of 16ft. The total building area is 4,000 sq. ft.

Structural System: Utilizing a classic portal frame design, it ensures spacious interior space and long-term structural stability.

Main Steel Frame: Both beams and columns are made of high-strength H-beams. Thanks to the precision CNC machining technology at the Canglong factory, all prefabricated components were quickly and accurately aligned and installed on the US construction site using high-strength bolts.

Support System: High-quality C-shaped steel purlins provide a robust framework for the subsequent enclosure system.

High-Standard Enclosure and Supporting Systems

With the completion of the main frame, the project is about to enter the sealing and enclosure phase. Canglong Group has simultaneously provided the project with a top-tier building materials suite:

The walls and roof uniformly use PU (polyurethane) insulated sandwich panels. Given the significant temperature variations in some parts of the US, the superior thermal insulation performance of PU panels will significantly reduce the client's future air conditioning and heating costs.

The solution also includes a precisely matched high-standard door and window system and drainage system (gutters, downpipes, etc.). All accessories are designed and manufactured simultaneously with the main structure, ensuring the overall visual harmony and functional completeness of the building.
