 Steel structure bridge

1. Steel structure bridge is the main load-bearing structure using steel bridge. Based on the main stress components, steel-frame bridges can be divided into steel arch bridges, cable-stayed bridges and suspension bridges.

(1) Steel arch bridge. The arch rib of load-bearing structure mainly bears the axial force, no bending moment or very small bending moment. The main arch is multi-purpose steel pipe. The main arch and the cross beam can be lifted and welded separately in situ to solve the problem of overweight lifting quality at one time. The construction and hoisting on site are convenient and the construction period is greatly shortened.

(2) Cable-stayed bridge. The bridge deck system consists of steel box girder, composite girder and steel truss.

(3) Suspension bridge. The girder span is supported by the main cable fixed in the pylon, and the main cable is the load-bearing cable. It is suspended by the sling and stiffened. The two ends of the main cable are anchored to the ground. Suspension bridge is the largest span bridge.

2. Steel structure bridges have the following characteristics:

(1) Great leapfrogging ability. Because of the high strength of steel, compared with reinforced concrete bridges, the section of steel structure bridges is smaller under the same load-bearing capacity, so the weight of steel bridges is lighter, which is most suitable for the construction of long-span bridges.

(2) It is most suitable for industrial manufacturing. Our steel structural components are manufactured by special equipment in specialized factories. They are not limited by season. They are processed and manufactured quickly and accurately, and their quality can be easily controlled. Therefore, the degree of industrialized manufacturing is high.

(3) Easy to transport. Because of the light weight of steel bridge components, especially in the mountainous areas where traffic is inconvenient, it is convenient for automobile transportation.

(4) Installation speed is fast. Steel bridge components are easy to be assembled by cantilever construction method, complete sets of equipment are available, and assembly technology is mature.

(5) Steel bridge members are easy to repair and replace.
