Philippines arc shed project packaging and shipping

1. Formulation of packaging plan before delivery
The special feature of the curved shed lies first in the curved surface shape of its steel grid structure. The beam body is distributed in an arc shape. With H-shaped steel columns, thin-walled C-shaped steel and special-shaped drainage pipes (PVC material), the components are complex in shape and have a large weight difference, which puts extremely high demands on the packaging plan.

2. Fixation and protection
According to the packaging plan, the steel structure components are distributed according to the center of gravity of the components, and the steel structure is tightly connected with steel wire ropes to ensure that the connection parts are stable and not loose during the bumpy transportation process, providing solid protection for transportation safety.
The coordinated use of angle steel protection, rope tighteners and wire ropes pushes the protection work to the extreme. Customized angle steels are installed at the key stress points and corners of the steel structure components. The angle steels fit tightly with the components to build a solid barrier for vulnerable parts. When using rope tighteners with wire ropes for bundling and fixing, first pad the single plate at the contact point between the wire rope and the steel section to effectively protect the edge primer of the steel section and avoid coating damage caused by bundling friction. Subsequently, according to the weight and size of the components, the bundling path is reasonably planned, and various bundling methods such as cross and ring are adopted. The wire rope is gradually tightened through the rope tightener to ensure that the components are firmly fixed in the container and remain motionless even in the face of bumpy road conditions.
3. Check the lead seal
After all the components are loaded, the staff will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the container to confirm that the components are firmly fixed and protected, and finally close the container door and seal it.
